Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated electric wire with multiple core parallel adhesion by winding insulated wire in a plurality of turns on a cylinder in good alignment, solidifying with adhesive coatings, and accomplishing a single piece construction, which then shall be cut open. CONSTITUTION:An insulated electric electric wire 1 formed by putting an insulative layer of polyurethane, etc., over a thin conductor of 0.1mm or below in dia. is wound on a large dia. cylinder 2 of brass, etc., in 5000 turns or more in good alignment. The termination of winding is fixed properly, and adhesive of thermoplastic resin or ultraviolet-ray hardening resin is coated over the surface of this wire 1, followed by solidification to accomplish a single piece construction 3 in cylindrical form. This single piece construction 3 is removed from the cylinder 2 and cut open, and the resultant 4 in a bent form is spread flat to yield a multiple core parallel adhesive insulated electric wire 5. It is difficult to produced long stretching ones, but cores in extraordinarily large number enables to output a wide type of cable. |
