Summary: | PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a polyester fiber cloth having good silk-like feeling by dyeing a polyester fiber cloth with a specific disperse dye resistant to hydrolysis and by thinning the fiber with an alkali to a specific thinning ratio. CONSTITUTION:A polyester fiber cloth is dyed with a disperse dye having a hydrolysis resistance corresponding to a decomposition ratio of <=1% when treated with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide having a concentration of 1g/l (solid basis) at 130 deg.C for 30min. The dyed cloth is treated with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to a thinning ratio of 5-40%. |
