Summary:PURPOSE:To easily and properly cope with addition of new data by treating the omission data as the corresponding data if a selected language conversion table has no its corresponding data when the data to be converted is converted into its corresponding data. CONSTITUTION:A multi-language conversion module 17 called out by a multi- language conversion mechanism 18 retrieves a key word module 1 out of the set language conversion tables 13-1 - 13-n to detect the order of the designated key word. At the same time, the module 17 retrieves a data module 2 based on the detected information and specifies the corresponding data to send this back to the mechanism 18 as the answer data. If the key word received at that time point is not contained in the module 1, the omission data 14 like a blank, for example, is sent back as the corresponding data. This data is shown on a display screen. Thus a new key word is easily added to its original position.
