Summary:PURPOSE:To assume a low friction road and to perform evaluation by providing a means for sending a load command signal corresponding to friction coefficient, detecting a grounding load by a grounding-load changing means, and feeding back the detected signal to a grounding load controller. CONSTITUTION:A grounding load signal which is sent out of a grounding load command part 10 is inputted into a grounding controller 11, and hydraulic cylinder 14 is driven. Then, a tire A is moved up and down. Thus, the grounding load of the tire A to a chassis dynamo-roller 1a is changed, and the equivalent state as a low friction road is reproduced. When a vehicle runs on an actual road, the movement of a load occurs. The movement must be reproduced. For this purpose, the number of rotations of the roller 1a is detected, and the speed signal is converted in an f/v converter 18. The speed signals is differentiated in a differentiator 19. The differentiated signal is inputted into the command part 10. After the operation, the load command signal is inputted into the controller 11. The grounding load of the tire to the roller 1a is controlled by the same operation as the reproduced operation on the low friction road, and the reproduction of the load movement on the vehicle can be realized.
