Summary: | PURPOSE:To increase output of an engine by providing a rotor capable of freely rotating in a crankcase on an eccentric shaft mounted to be integral with a crankshaft, and supporting a partition rod integral with the rotor on the crankcase in such a manner as to freely oscillate to form a scavenging pump. CONSTITUTION:Crank arms 7a, 7b of a crankshaft 5 are circular crank arms 8a, 8b on the crank pin 6 side, and the circular crank arms 8a, 8b are rotatably brought into close contact with the interiors of casings 12a, 12b disposed on the inner periphery of a crankcase 16, thereby partitioning pump chambers 18a, 18b. Rotors 11a, 11b rotatably fitted to eccentric shafts 9a, 9b respectively forming a part of each of the crank arms 7a, 7b are accommodated in the respective pump chambers 18a, 18b. A partition rod 13 integral with the rotors 11a, 11b is supported on a holding member 17 rotatably mounted on the crankcase 16 to form a scavenging pump, and an inlet port and an exhaust port 21 are formed in front and in rear of the holding member 17. |
