Summary:PURPOSE:To perform fine adjustment and improve the performance and reliability by inclining the face on the movable arm side where the movable arm and a reset pin are coupled at the time of resetting, moving the reset pin in the horizontal direction, changing the inclination of the movable arm at the time of resetting, and adjusting the height of a roller. CONSTITUTION:The face 9a where a movable arm 9 and a reset pin 24 are coupled is inclined against the horizontal plane at the time of resetting, thus a movable arm 9 is rotated upward centering a fitting bed hinge pin 10 when the reset pin 24 is horizontally moved to the fitting bed hinge pin 10 of the movable arm 24. A roller fitting bed 14 and a roller 17 supported by the movable arm tip section are lifted, and the gap between the roller 17 and the roller bed 18 can be expanded. As a result, gap adjustment can be performed without vertically moving the reset pin 24, thus no adjusting plate is required. The gap between the roller 17 and the roller bed 18 can be continuously and efficiently adjusted, and this is advantageous in view of the workability and cost.
