PURPOSE:To automatically cut a process film outputted from a scanner by each original by driving a cuter in X and Y directions based on the detection results from a process film size detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Many absorbing holes 2 are provided on a cut table 1, and the process film is sucked and fixed on the cut table 1. Plural number of air pressure sensers 3 provided on the prescribed position of the cut table 1 detect the dimensions of the process film, detect the size of the film and a cutting position in the length in the Y direction is detected. The cutter 5 which is vertically supported by a supporting member 6 at the top of the cut table 1 can be moved in the length direction of the cut table 1 by means of a Y direction driving mechanism. Since the supporting member 6 can be moved in the width direction of the cut table 1 by means of the X direction driving mechanism, the cutter 5 can be shifted in both X and Y directions. Thus, the process film outputted from the scanner is automatically cut by each original.
