PURPOSE:To enable electrical insulation by forming a screw having a different diameter at a metal screw body and adhering blended fabric consisting of glass fiber and aromatic polyamide fiber to the surface of the screw having the different diameter in an electrical insulating coupling, etc. for a gas tube. CONSTITUTION:A screw 2a having a different diameter larger than that of a screw 3 having a standard diameter in the inner circumference of the respective ends of a cylindrical coupling body 2, blended fabric consisting of glass fiber 4aa and aromatic polyamide fiber 4bb is adhered to the surface of the screw 2a having the different diameter so as to form a screw 3 having a standard diameter. Accordingly, an electric insulating layer 4 can be formed on the surface of the screw so that electrical insulation can become possible.
