Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the delivery of information at the time of switching a system by setting a data storage means at an accessible state by always supplying a hit signal to the means corresponding to the switching of the system. CONSTITUTION:A hit detecting means 111 outputs the hit signal based on address data, and the access of the data storage means 121 can be performed corresponding to the hit signal. The output of the high detecting means 111 is supplied to the data storage means 121 via a hit fixing means 131, and when a switching signal corresponding to the switching of the system is introduced to the fit fixing means 131, the hit signal is supplied to the data storage means 121 regardless of the output state of the hit detecting means 111. In such a way, the delivery of the information at the time of switching the system can efficiently be performed.
