Summary:PURPOSE:To execute the measurement by non-contact, at a high speed and with high accuracy by positioning a load applied on a sample between a light source and a camera, and recording or displaying an output of a computer for executing an operation and a control for relating the quantity of displacement and a temperature or time. CONSTITUTION:Between a camera 5 and a light source 6, a load 4 is positioned, and by a video image, a variation of this load 4 is detected, and an output of the camera 5 is inputted to a control/operation processor 7. The device 7 is constituted of a signal processing circuit 71, a data converting circuit 72, a storage circuit 73 and an input/output interface 74. The circuit 71 brings an output signal of the camera 5 into sampling processing as a matrix in accordance with a raster scan of the camera 5. The circuit 72 converts the output signal brought into sampling processing to binary data by a suitable threshold. The circuit 73 calculates and stores a signal from the circuit 72. The data obtained in such a way is inputted to a CPU 8, brought into analytic processing, its output is displayed on a CRT or an X-Y plotter, and a result of measurement can be analyzed.
