PURPOSE:To minimize the longitudinal dimension and to enlarge the moving stroke to open an opening and closing member in a large scale by disposing two driving cams extended along guide rails opposite to each other on a driving base supporting the opening and closing member. CONSTITUTION:A base portion 25 where the base end portion of an opening and closing member is pivoted and a driving base 30 driven according to the opening and closing of the opening and closing member are respectively fitted to guide rails 21 disposed along both sides of a roof opening. Two cam plates 32, 35 are attached extending along the guide rails opposite to each other on the driving base 30. The forward end of a raising and lowering member 37 for tilting the opening and closing member to be opened and closed is pivoted on the middle portion of the opening and closing member, and cam pins 38, 39 fitted in cam grooves 33, 36 of the cam plates 32, 35, respectively in such a manner as to freely slide are attached to the base end of the raising and lowering member 37. The cam grooves 33, 36 and the cam pins 38, 39 are disposed in such a manner that when they are relatively displaced, the raising and lowering member 37 is raised or lowered.
