Summary:PURPOSE:To simply and quickly cope with many different processes by selecting plural filters necessary for desired processes out of a filter group including various image programs and applying the self-control to the executing order of those selected filters. CONSTITUTION:A picture process controller A is used together with a filter group B including various image programs. Then the controller A selects some filters out of the group B in accordance with the desired processes and controls the process order of these selected filters via an intelligent function of the controller A. The filters of the group B are independent of each other for each process routine and therefore can cope with many different processes by changing the routine executing order. The data input/output processes receive no limitation of an input/output medium since they are carried out among the files using the pipeline processes. Thus the pictures are simply processed at a high speed with the necessity minimized for the external instructions.
