PURPOSE:To provide the subject support having an excellent bottle-washing characteristic, a curling characteristic, etc., by coating a support with a radiation-curable resin composition comprising specific amounts of a carboxylic (anhydride) compound and a radiation-curable resin and subsequently curing the coated resin composition with the irradiation of radiations. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of a support 1 is, if necessary, provided with a clay coat layer 2 and thereon with a radiation-cured layer 3 prepared by coating the clay coat layer 2 with a radiation-curable resin composition comprising a carboxylic acid compound such as lauric acid or oleic acid in an amount of 5-40wt.%, a radiation curable resin such as a polyester acrylate or an urethane acrylate and, if necessary, a photopolymerization initiator and subsequently irradiating the coated resin composition with radiations, thereby providing the objective labeling support having excellent water resistance and vapor metallizing property and reduced in the generation of pin holes.
