Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce rigid unbalance generated in the periphery and the circumference of a stator core and to enhance rigidity, accuracy and reliability of allover the stator core by laminating element plates applied thermosetting adhesives to the surface of a stator. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting adhesives such as epoxy resin and others are applied to the surface of every electromagnetic steel plate 12 consisting of constitutional element plates of a stator core with several microns in thickness. They are tightened with jigs from both ends to fix temporarily, and when they are maintained in an extent of 150 deg. of temperature, they are fixed firmly to each other. After that, they are held by a mandrel, the periphery 14 is ground and cut by an abrasive wheel, and the degree of accuracy of the external dimension is increased. Joining force is so firm that no deformation occurs even if the mandrel is removed, and a require external dimension obtained through the abrasion is maintained as it is.
