Summary:PURPOSE:To attain smooth winding by providing a curvature at which a power cord is dropped towards the center of a drum at any time to the flange part of a cord reel. CONSTITUTION:When an irregularity exists in the power cord winding part of a cord reel 14, it causes an entangled winding since the power cord hooks at the time of winding. As a method for preventing the entangled winding, it is necessary that a projection for holding a spring 16 is not projected to the power cord winding part, and for such a reason, the diameter of the spring 16 is made smaller than the drum diameter of a cord reel case. Further, a projecting part 24 to hook a click 23 for fixing the spring to a cord reel case 15 is composed inside from the drum diameter of the cord reel case 15, and the outer diameter of the spring 16 is supported by a spring holding rib 25. Thus, the projecting part is not generated to the drum part. Further, by provid ing a cord folding part 26 in the inner side surface outer circumferential part of a flange part 14b of the cord reel, the cord wound along the inner side sur face of the flange is always dropped inside, and it can be uniformly wound to a drum part 14a as a whole.
