Summary:PURPOSE:To suppress a fluctuation of an intermediate heat exchanger outlet temperature and a steam generator outlet temperature which is generated at the time of changing an output by setting a target value of a primary sodium flow rate as a function of a plant output request and controlling the primary sodium flow rate. CONSTITUTION:A primary sodium flow rate control system 51 is constituted of a control system in which a primary sodium flow rate measured by a primary sodium flow rate measuring instrument 1a is a controlled variable, and driving force of a primary sodium pump 1b is a manipulated variable, and a primary sodium flow rate target value is given as a function of a plant output request from an output command device 50. Also, a secondary sodium flow rate control system 52 is constituted of a control system in which a secondary sodium flow rate measured by a secondary sodium flow rate measuring instrument 2a is a controlled variable, and driving force of a secondary sodium pump 2b is a manipulated variable, and a secondary sodium flow rate target value is given as a function of a measured value of the flow rate measuring instrument 1a. In such a way, a transient flow rate unbalance of the primary sodium flow rate, the secondary sodium flow rate and the feed water flow rate, which is generated at the time of changing an output can be reduced.
