PURPOSE:To steadily and efficiently coat any part of a plate work with a liq. material without damaging the work by steadily coating the warped work with the liq. material in follow-up to the warpage without unwarping the work. CONSTITUTION:A movable plate 2 is fixed to a fixed plate 1 through a lifting guide means 3, and an acicular guide 6 with the spherical tip to be brought into contact with a work is fixed to the lower end of the syringe guide block 5 fixed to the movable plate 2. In addition, a syringe supporting plate 17 is fixed to the movable plate 2 through another lifting guide means 16, and the through hole 18 permitting the insertion of a syringe 8 into a syringe guide block 5 and a positioning means 19 for the syringe 8 are provided to the syringe supporting plate 17. Furthermore, height adjusting means 20 and 21 capable of adjusting the relative height of the syringe supporting plate 17 to the syringe guide block 5 and a spring means 22 for adjusting the working load on the acicular guide 6 to be brought into contact with the work are provided.
