Summary:PURPOSE:To convert a liquid uniformly to fine particles with a simple device by allowing a tip end of an ejection nozzle to contact with a water repellent surface and moving the ejection nozzle and/or the water repellent surface toward a fixed direction at a fixed velocity while ejecting a liquid from the ejection nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A tip end of an ejection nozzle 1 is allowed to contact with a water repellent surface 2 or held at a position immediately before it contacts with the water repellent surface, and the ejection nozzle 1 and/or the water repellent surface 2 is(are) moved toward a fixed direction at a fixed velocity while ejecting a liquid from the extrusion nozzle 1. By this method, the liquid is converted to fine particles uniformly with a simple device. Moreover, the post-treatment of the particles of the liquid can be executed very easily. Microcapsules having an almost uniform particle size are obtd. by converting the liquid to fine particles and allowing the particles to contact with powder. The yield of the microcapsule is improved very much.
