Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent offsetting by executing heat-fixing of a sensible picture image of a specified toner on a recording material using the toner by means of a hating body having a sensible picture image of the toner fixed thereto and a pressing member which presses confrontingly the heating body letting the recording material to contact closely to the heating body interposing a film. CONSTITUTION:The toner is prepd. by suspending a monomer compos. dispersed to the particle size of toner in an aq. medium, and polymerizing the dispersed product. There are maximum values of mol.wt. in each region of mol.wt. from 10 -8X10 and 10 -10 in a chromatogram measured by gel permeation chromatography. A sensible picture image 20 of the toner is heat-fixed using the toner by means of a heating body 11 fixed to a recording material 19 and a pressing member 18 which is pressed confrontingly the heating body 11 letting the recording material 19 to contact closely with the heating body 11 interposing a film 15. Thus, occurrence of offsetting is prevented.
