Summary: | PURPOSE:To make the capacity of a reluctance motor higher by arranging two inner and outer stators with a rotor between and by rotating the rotor through a magnetic field generated by the stators. CONSTITUTION:An outside stator 100 composed of three outside cores 101 each provided with teeth 103 on the inner peripheral face and two V-connected ring coils 102 is arranged on the outside of a rotor 200 having magnetic poles 202, 203, and an inside stator 300 with a constitution similar to that of the outside stator 100 is arranged on the inside thereof. Further, respective cores of the outside and inside cores 101, 301 are arranged in the manner of deviating from each other at an electrical angle of every 120 deg. and magnetically combined by crosslinking of a yoke 104. In this case, rotating magnetic fields generated when three-phase AC flows through the coils 101, 302 of the outside and inside stators 101, 301, are concentrated upon the magnetic poles 202, 302 and move circumferentially. As a result, the rotor 200 revolves. Because torque is generated by two rotating magnetic fileds in this manner, a large torque can be obtained. |
