Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of water leakage by a method in which the whole surface other than non-bonded upheaval parts formed on adequate places of the roof floor, high-level sidewall, and the adjacent building sidewall are covered with a fibre-reinforced plastics(FRP). CONSTITUTION:An adequate thickness of a fibre-reinforced plastics(FRP) 4 is applied to the whole surface other than upheaved parts 5 formed on the roof floor 2, high-level floor 3, and the adjacent building sidewall in a building 1. The upheaved parts are incorporated with rubber rods or expanded polyethylene rods to make them non-bonded parts 6. The expansion difference between concrete and FRP 4 is absorbed by the parts 6. Water leakage can thus be prevented by the simplified covering work.
