PURPOSE:To enable elimination of a danger of infection by germ even when measurement of a body liquor is performed by arranging a casing, a density measuring electrode and an opening for spotting. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized sheet 1 is provided with openings 20 for spotting at a specified interval and a diffusion limiting film holder provided with a diffusion limiting film covering the openings is housed at a specified position of a casing 2 in such a manner as to be movable in a specified direction to spot a liquid to be measured at the openings 20. Then, the holder is moved by a specified distance toward the openings 20 to bring a density measuring electrode 22 into contact with the diffusion limiting film thereby enabling measurement of a density of material to be measured. This not only eliminates work of detaching the diffusion limiting film but also separates a location where a solution to be measured is spotted from a location where measurement of a density is performed with the electrode 22 thereby enabling the elimination of a danger of infection by germ.
