Summary:PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency by a water cooling system by mixing temperature control liquid which is sent in from outside through a metallic pipe to flow with the liquid in a tank partially through communication holes. CONSTITUTION:A sample bottle 9 is dipped in the water tank 12 filled with water, the metallic pipe 13 is sunk in the water tank 12, and the cooling water 15 which is controlled almost to specific temperature is circulated in the metallic pipe 13 to cool the water 16 in the water tank 12 by heat conduction, holding a sample at low temperature. In this case, holes 17 of about 1mm in diameter are bored at several peripheral parts of the tube 13 to discharge the cooling water 15 partially in the water tank 12, the water 16 in which is cooled directly and diffused. Consequently, the cooling efficiency is improved to make the temperature distribution in the water tank 12 small, thereby holding the sample at the requested temperature. Then the cooling water 15 which is injected in the water tank 12 flows out of an overflow exist 18 and returns to the cooling water tank 14.
