Summary:PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by providing an added weight on the immovable portion at the upper side of a damper and relatively increasing the weight of the immovable portion side over a particular ratio with respect to that of a vibration portion side. CONSTITUTION:An immovable portion, comprising an upper lifting lug 9a, hanging shafts 11a and a lower spring shoe 14b, of the upper side of a damper 5 is connected to a sheave block suspended by the wire rope of a crane. The vibration part, comprising an upper spring shoe 14a, a hanging shaft 14b, a coil spring 13 and a lower spring shoe 96, of the lower side of the damper 5 is connected to a vibration pile driver via a wire. An added weight 10 is provided at the immovable portion to relatively increase the weight of the immovable portion over at least 20% with regard to the vibration body of the vibration part side.
