Summary:PURPOSE:To permit a smooth movement of a rotary classifying tube by providing a rotary classifying tube rotatably supported by a drive roller and a grain receiving chute in the rotary classifying tube. CONSTITUTION:To disassemble a rotary classifying tube 11, an outer supporting plate 10e is removed from an inner supporting plate 10d of a rear side plate 10c and the outer supporting plate 10e thereof is then removed from a selecting case 10. The rotary classifying tube 11 is moved rearward while its rear part is being raised, whereby the rotary classifying tube 11 can be removed from the selecting case 10. After removal, when a supporting rod 26b is placed in an upwardly rotatable standing position by operating an arm 26c of a stand 26. The supporting rod 26b supports the lower part of a supply chute 17 to prevent the downward deformation of the supply chute 17 and a cleaned rice receiving chute 19 due to their cantilevered support.
