Summary:PURPOSE:To simply add and change a program only by changing wiring by utilizing a redundant part in the last wiring process for a programable logic array PLA or an ROM. CONSTITUTION:A PLA is constituted of an AND plane and an OR plane, and each of them has a redundant part. On the points of intersection of feed lines A1, A2 and data lines D1-D3, storage elements Q1-Q4 are arranged. The line D3 is used in a redundant part; on the points of intersection of D3 and A1, A2, the elements Q3 and Q4 are formed, at the time of last wiring, its drain and D3 are selectively connected. Also in the OR plane, input lines corresponding with the data lines D1, D2 are used in a fixed program region; an input line corresponding with the data line D3 is used in the redundant part, in which Q9-Q11 are arranged; in the last wiring process, drains and output lines O1-O3 are selectively connected. As the result of arranging a redundant part constituted of storage elements in this manner, adding and changing a program are simply enabled only by changing the last wiring.
