Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain stable elements which have extremely small mutual variance in measured value by coating a couple of electrodes which are formed on an insulation substrate opposite each other with a combined material of a conductive high polymer compound and a radiation sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The element is structured basically by coating the electrodes 1 formed on the insulation substrate 2 with the combined material of the conductive high polymer compound and the radiation sensitive material producing a material which can serve as the dopant of the conductive high polymer compound with radiation. In this case, the conductive high polymer compound only varies in conductivity and resistance value by being doped with the dopant. In concrete, there are polyacetylene, polyaniline, etc., and the radiation sensitive material senses an electron beam, gamma rays, alpha rays, beta rays, X rays, or a neutron beam. This element is easily manufactured, variance in measured value among elements is extremely small, and the element is stable.
