Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent picture blurring at the time of exposure even when a photosensitive medium and a mask original plate are not completely adhered with each other by providing an adhering auxiliary body composed of an optical fiber array inside the belt which holds and carries the mask original plate. CONSTITUTION:The adhering auxiliary body arranged inside the belt 32 is composed of the optical fiber array 36. Because the light is transmitted through the adhering auxiliary body 36 in the form of parallel light beams at the time of exposure, exposure quantity where brightness is uniform throughout the entire area is obtained. Also, the light transmitted through the optical fiber array 36 is prevented from detouring the periphery because it is transmitted in the form of parallel light beams. This prevents picture blurring, etc. even when the photosensitive recording medium 50 and the mask original plate 15 are not completely adhered with each other and a gap is generated between them.
