Summary:PURPOSE:To manufacture extruded product having a curved part of a desired curvature readius and free from defects by displacing a extruded shape to the side of a die hole when extruding material in a container is extruded from a die hole to form an extruded shape. CONSTITUTION:The extruding material 2 in the container 1 is pressed by a ram 3 and extruded from die holes 11 (composed of an approach hole 8, a bearing hole 9, a relief hole 10) of the die 5 to form an extruded shape 12 of a desired section shape. This extruded shape 12 is inserted into the guide hole 15 of a movable guide member 13, the movable guide member 13 is moved by a prescribed amount to the side to form a curved part having a desired curvature radius. By this method, an extruded product free from buckles, wrinkles, rough surfaces, cracks, etc., and having a desired dimension is obtained.
