Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having low volatile loss in processing and giving a molded article free from discoloration without deteriorating the physical properties by compounding a styrene polymer with a specific ester compound as a flow-promoting agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) a styrene polymer (preferably an acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer) with (B) 0.1-5% of an ester compound produced by the esterification or ester- interchange reaction of (B1) a mixture of an OH-containing 3-22C aliphatic monocarboxylic acid or its lower alkyl ester (hereinafter called as ester) and an aliphatic monocarboxylic acid or its ester at a molar ratio (former:latter) of 95:5-20:80, (B2) a polyhydric alcohol free from H on beta-C atom relative to OH (e.g., pentaerythritol) and (B3) a dicarboxylic acid (e.g., adipic acid) or its ester at a molar ratio (B2/B3) of 2/(0.7-1.3).
