Summary:PURPOSE:To mass-produce the spherical packing material having strength in the shortest process at a low cost by connecting a blade member to the periphery of a center ring member, connecting the group of the blade members by an outer ring, and connecting the upper and lower parts with the center ring at the center. CONSTITUTION:The center ring members 1 and 2 are provided at the upper and lower ends of an axis X, and integrally connected to the upper and lower edges of the blade members 3 around the axis X. The outer ring member 4 is arranged at the middle between both electrodes, and integrally connected to the outer edge of the blade member 3. The blade member 3 consists of the upper and lower half blade members 3A and 3B. A link member 5 extending from the outer ring member 4 to the center is formed, and the upper and lower half members 3A and 3B are integrally connected to both sides. When the packing material is formed in this way, the material having strength can be mass-produced in the shortest process at a low cost by only one-time opening of a metallic mold.
