Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate or reduce parts going in and out between warp yarns by applying a magnetic material to a weft yarn, leading and pulling the weft yarn into a shed of the warp yarns with magnetic fields formed in the warp yarn shed. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material is applied in the form of a layer in a separate state with a gap of a prescribed interval in the yarn axis direction to a weft yarn (W), which is then pulled and passed through a weft yarn storing device 3 and a magnetizer 4 to a weft yarn guide 5. Magnetic fields in which the direction of magnetic fluxes is led in the width direction of warp yarn rows are formed in the warp yarn shed opened by opening movement of healds 9 with magnetic field-forming devices 11.
