Summary:PURPOSE:To make the dependency of the incident angle of detected light quantity small by providing a cylindrical surface which is nearly parallel with an optical axis passing the center part of a condensing lens on a part of the lens. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical surface 9 which is nearly parallel with the optical axis passing the center of the condensing lens 5 is provided on the photodetector 6 side of the condensing lens 5. When the incident angle is 90 deg., a light beam is refracted by the parallel surface 9 in a direction where the incident angle becomes small and the light passing through the lens 5 at small incident angle by a light transmission window 7 can be effectively detected. The detected quantity of light at high incident angle becomes relatively large.
