Summary:PURPOSE:To efficiently cool both of an amplifying device for amplifying and feeding a driving current for driving a spindle motor and a spindle device by providing a cooling liquid feeding device for feeding a cooling liquid to an amplifier cooling liquid passage and a motor cooling liquid passage. CONSTITUTION:An amplifying device 26 is cooled by commonly using a cooling liquid feeding device 24 for cooling a spindle motor (consisting of a rotor 18 and a stator 20). That is, a cooling liquid is fed to both of an amplifier cooling liquid passage 28 and a motor cooling liquid passage 22 by means of the cooling liquid feeding device 24, thereby cooling both of the amplifying device 26 and the spindle motor (18, 20) efficiently.
