CONSTITUTION:The address conversion circuit 17 is provided between the row address generated from the row address generating circuit 12, the column address generated from the column address generating circuit 13, a 2 row decoder 14 and a 2 column decoder 15. Even if the number of column addresses of data generated from a data generating circuit 11 is changed, the value of A inputted from a multiplier 26 in the circuit 17 is set up in the number of column addresses of the data by disconnecting a fuse 24 or not to specify a horizontal scanning line by the line address and the storage part 16 of 2X2 can be effectively used to closely write the justified data in the storage part 16.
