Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cylinder having a lining layer generating no crack nor delamination, by securing a fibrous substance to the bottom surface of the inner wall of a thermoplastic resin cylinder during extrusion and impregnating said fibrous substance with a curable inorg. substance in a flowable state before curing. CONSTITUTION:A molten thermoplastic resin is extruded in a cylindrical form from the gap between an outer mold 1 and a core 2 and the fiber 7 supplied from a fiber supply port 41 is secured to the bottom surface of the inner wall of the cylinder in a semi-molten state. The fiber layer secured to the inner wall surface of the cylinder is impregnated with the inorg. substance supplied from an inorg. substance supply port 31 and the cylinder is cured in a water tank and the inorg. substance is also cured. |
