Summary:PURPOSE:To achieve stable oscillating operation by eliminating a phase shift due to a feedback loop by composing the feedback path of only a resistance equivalently. CONSTITUTION:A feedback loop is an inphase feedback path of a transistor TRQ2, a TRQ5, a diode D2, a diode D3, a TRQ4, a resistance R3, and a TRQ1, and signal transfer from each element to the next trailing element is performed with low impedance. Further, the emitters of the TRs Q1 and Q4 are grounded through not a resistance, but a current source, so impedance between the emitters of the TRs Q1 and Q4 and the earth point is infinite, allowing the emitter sides to have no relation with feedback signal conditions. Therefore, an output signal is equivalently fed back to the TRQ1 by the resistance R3 as it is.
