Summary:PURPOSE:To improve engaging force, earthquake resistance and fire resistance of a panel surely fixed to a body by forming male-female connecting structure in not only a surface material but also a reverse material. CONSTITUTION:A metal-made plate material is used for a surface material 1 and a reverse material 21, and the surface material 1 forms in its both end edges in the lengthwise direction an engaging groove 10 and a fitting groove 17 with a section of squared shape opening its one end, providing a drop-in structure. While even the reverse material 21 forms male and female fitting structures 24, 28. The surface material 1 is integrally formed being prevented from coming into contact with the reverse material 21 by a core material 30, further a panel is fixed in one end surface so as to prevent a fixing tool from being exposed in the outside. In this way, thermal expansion, contraction and falling off of the panel by the deformation of a body and exfoliation of the surface material can be prevented.
