PURPOSE:To prevent dust from dropping from a bag-shaped filter at the time of dumping garbage and to attain the clean garbage dumping by forming a dust passing cylinder, which is linked with an absorbing hose, at the port plate of the bag-shaped filter incorporated to a dust collecting cell being freely attachable and detachable. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped filter 26 being incorporated and mounted in a dust collecting case 1 with being freely attachable and detachable is composed of a bag body 27 to have gas permeability and a port plate 28 made of synthetic resin. In the port plate 28, a dust passing cylinder 29 to go into the bag body 27 of the filter 26 is extended and formed from the surrounding edge of a dust absorbing port 30 toward the inside of the bag body 27. A cover type main body 3 is detached from the case 1 and a clamp 23 for port plate holding is put off. Then, The port plate 28 is detached from a port plate fitting frame body 19 and the filter 26 is taken off from the case 1. After that, the dust is exhausted. Since dust A1 being stagnated in the cylinder 29 get clogged, and the cylinder 29 is being blocked, the dust is prevented from dropping from the filter 26 and garbage dumping work can be easily executed.
