CONSTITUTION:At least one of a water-soluble urethane prepolymer and gypsum is dissolved or dispersed into water, mixed with at least the other of the water- soluble urethane prepolymer and gypsum, incorporated with a gas at a proper stage of the mixing and expanded to give the aimed block. 500-4,000 pts.wt. water is preferably used based on 100 pts.wt. water-soluble urethane prepolymer.
