Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent dewing and frost sticking of the whole heat exchanger without any heater by introducing high temperature gas refrigerant in an outdoor air intake part for heating of sucked outdoor air. CONSTITUTION:High temperature gas refrigerant which is compressed by a compressor 21 in an outdoor unit 20 is introduced in a fin tube type heat exchanger 11 of a cooling and heating ventilating unit 10 through a piece of inner and outer piping 23a and returned back through a piece of piping 23b. The outside air sucked from an outdoor air intake part 13 is wholly heat-exchanged by indoor air from an indoor air intake part 14 and the whole heat exchanger 12 and supplied in a room through the fin tube type heat exchanger 11. The outdoor air intake part 13 is provided with a temperature detecting element 15 for detecting outside air temperature, further a sub-heat exchanger 16 is connected to the branch part 26 of piece of inner and outer piping 23a by a piece of connecting piping 23c through an electromagnetic valve 28 and the outlet is connected by the branch part 27 of the inner and outer connecting piping 23b and a piece of connecting piping 23d. In the case where sucking outside air temperature is low, after the electromagnetic valve 28 is opened by the detection of the temperature detecting element 15, part of high temperature gas refrigerant is flowed in the sub-heat exchanger 16 and the outdoor air of low temperature is heated, dewing and front sticking does not produce because it is flowed in the whole heat exchanger 12.
