Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the interior of a bath furnace from being immersed with water by opening the air suction port of an air inlet passage for operating a bubble bath in a hopper for automatically supplying hot water to a bathtub, and closing the valve of the passage when a reverse flow is detected. CONSTITUTION:Even if circulation water from a circulation pump 31 is fed from an ejector 33 to the side of an air introduction passage 40 due to a certain cause to be injected from an air suction port 42 during the operation of a bubble bath, it is retained in a hopper 51 for dropping supplied bath hot water from a heat exchanging boiler 35. Detecting means for detecting the reverse flow of the water from the port 42 to the hopper 51, i.e., a float switch 55 is provided. When it rises to a predetermined water level or more by the reverse flow, a controller 61 closes the jet air valve 41 of the passage 40. Simultaneously, the warning means 62a of a remote controller 62 is operated. Or, a dropping opening/closing vale 54 is opened to drop it to a forcible circulation passage 32 to be returned to the bathtub 20. Thus, it can prevent the interior of a bath furnace from being immersed with the water.
