Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the convenience for users, by fabricating a voltage control type voltage source by the use of a compound element functioning as a current control type voltage source. CONSTITUTION:Photocouplers PVC1 to 2, the compound elements, optically couple infrared light emitting diodes LED1 to 2 to photodiode arrays PDA1 to 2 and take out the output voltages Vout 1 to 2 corresponding to the size of the forward current of diodes LED1 to 2 from arrays PDA1 to 2 respectively. Transistors(Tr) Q1 and Q2, the amplification elements, are mutually connected differentially through a resistor R for conversion and two bias current sources IO and supplies forward currents IF1 to 2 to the infrared light emitting diodes LED1 to 2 respectively. A differential amplifier A outputs the voltage Vout proportionate to the output voltage deviation of the above arrays PDA1 to 2. A voltage control type voltage source can thus be fabricated using the photocouplers PVC.
