Summary: | PURPOSE:To wind a wire of a fixed length around a mainframe part correctly with certainly, by performing stationary winding of the wires a prescribed number of turns and after that, making corrections for initial winding according to the winding length of a remained wire as well as the diameter and length of a resistor part. CONSTITUTION:This device allows a rotating chuck means 10 to hold a position at a removable station and a work 1 permits lead parts 3 to be inserted into inserting holes 14 of a pair of chuck members 12 which are facing each other and then, makes pressing members 16 to hold the lead parts. Further, the chuck means 10 is reversed so that the chuck members 12 are located at the working station. Then, a wire guide member 30 actuates a chuck claw 31 to chuck the tip of a wire 4 and then, a reciprocating cylinder 34 is actuated to abut on the lead parts. The abutment parts are welded and fixed. Then, the rotation of a motor 24 makes the work 1 rotate and its rotation winds the wire 4 around the lead parts 3. Subsequently, the winding quantity of the wire 4 to the resistance part 2 is held constant and corrections are made so that difference in winding length which arises because of the dimensional error of the resistance part 2 is prevented. |
