PURPOSE:To easily replace an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp or a spigot and to enhance workability by connecting a reflecting plate having the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp mounted thereto to the support plate erected from a fixed plate having the spigot mounted thereto in a freely revolvable manner by a hinge. CONSTITUTION:One side 32a of a hinge 32 is fixed to a reflecting plate 25 having an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 29 mounted thereto while the other side 32b of said hinge 32 is fixed to the support member 33 erected from a fixed plate 26 having a spigot 24 mounted thereto and the reflecting plate 25 is connected to the support member 32 in a freely revolvable manner by the hinge 32. When the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 29 or the spigot 24 is replaced, the reflecting plate 25 is revolved around the support member 25 to be turned to the front side. By this method, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 29 comes to an upper side and the spigot 24 is also exposed to the outside and, therefore, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 29 or spigot 24 can be easily replaced without using any tool and workability can be enhanced.
