Summary:PURPOSE:To laminate a pattern on a patterned surface with good adhering tightness even when said drawing surface has a recessed portion, by providing a separating layer of film and an adhesive agent layer only in a portion where ink of said patter is present. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer film 100a, an ink layer 106 is formed on a base sheet 102 through a separating layer 104. An adhesive agent layer 108 is provided in a manner to cover only the ink layer 106. The adhesive agent layer 108 of the transfer film 100a is brought into tight contact with a drawing surface 100 of a work 114 on a work table 52 of a vacuum transfer device 30, so that a patterned surface 110 is completely covered with the transfer film 100a. The transfer film 100a is then vacuum extracted by a second vacuum pump 96. The air present between the base sheet 102 and the drawing surface 110 of the work 114 is drawn in a direction shown by an arrow between a portion 109 where the ink layer is not formed on the base sheet 102 and the patterned surface 110. Therefore, even when the drawing surface of the work 114 has a recessed portion, the patterned surface 110 is able to be tightly adhered with the adhesive agent layer without a clearance at all. Then, a heater 74 is made conductive to strongly adhere the drawing surface 110 of the work 114 with the adhesive agent layer 108.
