Summary:PURPOSE:To make efficient the connection of a tuner to an equipment by using a coaxial wire for connection between equipment so as to transmit audio and video signals together. CONSTITUTION:A clamper 32 is joined to the positive electrode 35 through an insulator 37, and clampers 32 and 31 have common rotation fulcrum 33, and when a fixing screw 38 is removed the clamper 31 is opened and a coaxial wire 20 is inserted in the clamper 32. When the clampers 32, 31 are fixed with the screw 38, the wire 20 is also fixed simultaneously. Then projections 34 of the clamper 32 are contacted to the cord wire 21 while breaking through the insulating film of the wire 20. Negative electrode signals of the wire 21 taken out by the projections 34 are transmitted to the negative terminal 39, and the positive electrode 35 is contacted to the core wire 22 with the tip portion 36 to transmit the positive signals to the terminal 40. Audio signals and video signals can be transmitted together by this connector.
