Summary:PURPOSE:To identify each variable length channel not by the violation of a coding rule but by dividing the band of each channel with a basic band, providing a first identification bit at the head of each channel, and providing a second identification bit after the basic band. CONSTITUTION:A first identification bit 110 is provided at the head of each channel. This bit works as the identifier between the channels, and an aimed channel is 0Kbps when the bit 110 is '0'. When the bit 110 is '1', first, a bit 111 after an A.Kbps band is observed. This bit 111 is a second identification bit to work as the identifier to indicate whether the band width of the channel continues or ends, and the channel ends here and its band width becomes A.Kbps when the bit 111 is '0'. The bit 111 at that time becomes the second identification bit to indicate the end of the channel. When the bit 111 is 1, it means that the channel continues, and when a next bit 112 is 0, the channel ends here, and the channel width goes to 2A.Kbps.
