Summary:PURPOSE:To enable inspection of a switching element even under no-load condition of feeder line for electric vehicle by providing a test load circuit independently from normal load at the load side of a current detector connected in series with a first switching element. CONSTITUTION:Power fed from an AC bus 1 is fed through a transformer 2 to a rectifier 3 where it is rectified, then the rectified power is fed through a DC bus 4 and a circuit breaker 5 to an electric vehicle feeder line 7. Current value of the circuit breaker 3 is fed to a circuit breaker control circuit section 6 and a circuit breaker 53 is controlled through an open/close commander 61 in the circuit breaker control circuit section 6. The circuit breaker control circuit 6 produces an alarm if there is a logical unmatch between an interruption command and the current value. A test load 56 is arranged at the load side of the current detector 53 and test is made by opening a switch 54 while closing a switch 57 and feeding current to the test load 56. By such arrangement, inspection can be carried out even under no-load condition of the feeder line 7.
