Summary:PURPOSE:To improve safety by using a mixture of 1,3 dimethyl-2-imidazolizinon and an organic solvent of a low viscosity as an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:As an organic solvent, a mixture of 1,3 dimethyl-2-imidazolizinon and an organic solvent of a low viscosity is used. As the solvent of a low viscosity to be mixed and used with the 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolizinon, that containing one or two out of, for example, dimethoxyethane, dioxolane, tetrahydrofuran, diethoxyethane, ethoxymethoxyethane, etc., is used. The 1,3 dimethyl-2- imidazolizinon is of a high dielectric constant and its boiling point and flame point is respectively as high as 225 deg.C and 107 deg.C. Thus provides a battery of higher safety.
